Privacy Policy
Suri Days is operated by Hangzhou Hongdian Zhizuo Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how Suri Days handles information for calendar browsing, accounts, check-ins, personal events, reminders, synchronization and support.

We may verify the requester’s identity and will handle privacy requests requiring manual review, or explain their status, within 15 business days.
2. Information we process
- Guest browsing: language, time zone, app version, platform and necessary network request information used to deliver public content. No guest identifier or server-side guest session is created.
- Account and sign-in data: a Suri Days account ID, stable Apple or WeChat authorization identifiers, an authorized nickname or email, and credentials used for sign-in, session refresh and authorization revocation.
- Content you create: practice records and notes, personal events and descriptions, reminder preferences, theme choices and synchronization state.
- Support and feedback: feedback category and message, optional contact details, handling status and submission time.
- Product interaction data after sign-in: check-in dialog opens, check-in completion or undo, sharing starts and completions, and the associated date. We use this to understand feature usage, not for advertising or cross-company tracking; guest mode records none of these interaction events.
3. How we use information
We use information only to provide and maintain requested features, protect signed-in sessions, deliver calendar and theme content, synchronize supported data after sign-in, answer support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse and comply with law. We do not sell personal information, use advertising identifiers or track people across other companies’ apps or websites.
4. Guest browsing, local storage and synchronization
Guest mode is browse-only. It does not save check-ins, personal events or reminder records on the device or upload them. The app may cache public content and essential preferences such as language and theme. Your first Apple or WeChat sign-in creates a Suri Days account. After sign-in, personal records you choose to create are stored on the device and synchronized with your account cloud data.
5. Permissions
- Notifications: used only to schedule reminders you enable.
- System sharing: invoked only after you tap Share. The app does not read your photo library for this purpose.
- Network access: used for public calendar content, themes, configuration updates, sign-in, and feedback and synchronization after sign-in.
The app does not read contacts, messages or precise location. Declining notification permission does not prevent calendar viewing. Guest mode never requests notification permission.
6. Service providers and sharing
- Apple: identity authentication and authorization revocation when you choose Sign in with Apple.
- Tencent WeChat Open Platform: identity authentication and authorized account information when you choose WeChat sign-in.
- Cloud and content-delivery providers: hosting for the website, API, database and static assets, plus security protection. These providers may process IP address, request time, basic device or browser information and request logs on our behalf.
We may also disclose limited information when required by law or necessary to protect users, our service or the public. If we add SDKs, analytics, push providers or other services, we will update this policy and seek consent again where required.
7. Retention and deletion
- Guest mode stores no personal records. Signed-in personal data remains on the device until you delete it, sign out, delete the account, clear app data or uninstall the app.
- Third-party sign-in refresh credentials are valid for up to 30 days and expire earlier after sign-out, rotation or account deletion.
- Synced business data, feedback and interaction events are retained while an account is active or for the shortest period necessary for their purpose and are handled during account deletion.
- Information retained for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons is restricted to necessary storage and protection and deleted or anonymized when the retention period ends.

8. Sensitive information
We do not ask you to declare a religious belief. However, practice records, notes or use around Buddhist observances may indirectly reflect dietary habits, personal practice or religious inclination and may be classified by app stores as health- or diet-related information. We process this information only for the record, reminder, statistics and synchronization features you choose, not for advertising, user scoring or external disclosure, and we do not provide medical or nutritional advice.
9. Your rights
After signing in, you may view, edit or delete personal events and records, disable permissions, sign out or request account deletion. You may also ask us to access, copy, correct or delete personal data, withdraw consent or explain our processing rules. Withdrawal does not affect processing performed before withdrawal.
10. Children
Suri Days is not primarily directed to children under 14. A child under 14 should use it only after a parent or guardian reviews and accepts this policy and should avoid unnecessary sensitive details in notes or feedback.
11. Security and policy updates
We use encrypted transport, access controls, encrypted credential storage, data minimization and operational auditing to protect information. No method is completely secure, but we continuously review reasonable safeguards. Material changes to processing purposes, methods or scope will result in a new policy version and prominent notice in the app or on the website; consent will be sought again when required.
